About this session
Prepare to create heat and sweat in this class with basic pilates movements that make all the difference in your training. This is a workout to connect to your core, inner stabilizers, and from there reaching to all parts of the body to also bring connection and awareness into your everyday life.
Matwork is a collection of basic movements in pilates lying on your back, standing on all fours, lying on your stomach and on your side and sitting. You get to practice the five basic principles in an effective way, perfect if you are new to pilates or need a reminder of posture and body awareness in pilates.
