About this session

Rör dig för att bli medveten och närvarande i kroppen. Du får börja med större rörelser för att sedan samla ihop till mindre rörelse och avsluta i stillhet med andetaget. Praktiken börjar på alla fyra för att röra sig vidare till ett par positioner nära marken och därefter till liggande. Klassen avrundas med en sittande meditation.

Du behöver inga förkunskaper och du kan använda denna återhämtningspaus som en regelbunden paus eller som mjuk rörelse när du känner dig uppe i varv.

Ulrica Norberg

Ulrica is one of Sweden's pioneers in yoga and has written several books and articles both in Sweden and abroad. Ulrica has also educated over 500 yoga teachers in Scandinavia.
