No, there will be no ongoing subscription when you pay with healthcare allowance as it is counted as a one-off payment. But if you already have an active subscription and buy more days/months via the healthcare subsidy, then we add the access days from the healthcare subsidy to your active subscription.
How does it work when I already have existing access days?
Existing access days will automatically be added – whether you buy an ongoing subscription or invest your healthcare allowance in one-of payment.
Where can I check how much more access I have left?
You can always see that under your settings as logged in. Click on your profile, settings and then on Subscription/membership. There you can see your current access time and make any changes. In the app, you can see your current access time under Settings and then Membership and purchases.

I have received a campaign code, how do I use it?
A campaign code gives you free access to Yogobe Play, our subscription service, for a limited time. When the campaign code period expires, it turns into a paying subscription. But you can choose to cancel at any time, even during the promotional period. A campaign code can only be used once when you create your account with us. Enter your campaign code in the box for codes and activate it by clicking on the tick. You then need to select the subscription type you want in the future and continue the registration of your account to take part in the promotional code and the access it provides.
Does it cost anything to try Yogobe free for 14 days? When will my money be withdrawn?
It is completely free to try Yogobe during a free trial period. You enter your payment details when you register an account via yogobe.com (same procedure in the app with Apple or Google), but no money is withdrawn from your bank account until the trial period has expired.
