The course is structured into 5 core parts or teachings, with 1 philosophical contemplation and 1 asana practice in each teaching. Also included in the course is a bonus tutorial and bonus tantric meditation practice.

Learn about the fundamental tantric perspective

This course intends to invite you to both understand and embody the fundamental concepts of tantra. During the course, you’ll gain knowledge of tantra by learning to integrate its methods into philosophical contemplation and physical asana practices. Moving with awareness we will purify the energetic flow channels and clear out the organic residue of daily living, remove blockages, and refine our focus to feel the body’s subtle power.

Once the whole body is activated and illuminated with awareness, all systems and layers begin communicating. The flow channels begin to open and energy can travel more freely through the body.
