Online Course: Emotional Regulation

How do we meet our emotions when they feel overwhelming?
How can we regulate our nervous system without pushing feelings away, but also without being consumed by them?

In this course, you’ll explore simple ways to support your emotional wellbeing through pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. Grounded in ancient wisdom and modern somatic awareness, this program helps you build inner stability and connection, one breath at a time.

Through guided breathing techniques (pranayama) and basic meditations, you’ll build a personal practice to help regulate your nervous system, cultivate inner steadiness, and feel more grounded in everyday life.

Whether you're new to these practices or looking to deepen your understanding, this course meets you where you are by offering gentle yet powerful approaches toward inner balance and meaningful wellbeing.

What you'll learn:
  • How breath and awareness influence emotional states and nervous system function
  • Foundational pranayama techniques for calming, balancing or energizing
  • Meditation practices to help you observe with curiosity, rather than habitual reaction
  • How to gently hold space for a plethora of emotions without shutting down
  • A deeper understanding of the connection between body, mind and emotional patterns

Included in the course
  • Guided intro and outro
  • 4 talks that introduces each focus for the episode
  • 4 audio-guided practices
  • 12 months of course access
